Original reduction linocut depicting the famous and rare World War 2 motorbike, the Harley Davidson WLA45, made in 1942. It was nicknamed The Liberator and was used on the battlefield as well as for transporting communication and other equipment .
This bike is depicted at the Flying Control tower at Dumfries Aviation Museum, once the airfield called Tinwald Downs.
