United Colours of Lockdown Book
When the UK went into lockdown due to the Covid-19 virus, my artistic response was to make a book with all the colours of the rainbow.
The book covers are made of resilient card, delicately cut using much needed patience, tied loosely with woven ribbons, a gentle but necessary measure, just like the Stay-at-home message.
I've told this story in the form of a rhyme, seen through the windows of a lockdown house.
All these things and more, remind me of that lockdown experience, hopefully now confined to history.
